How do I book a trip?
Choose a trip, pick the number of travellers and check out online. Participation is confirmed on full payment, and you’ll receive a confirmation email.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay — UPI, cards and net banking.
Can I transfer my booking to someone else?
Bookings are non-transferable unless approved in writing by our team.
Some workshops show “price on request” — why?
Workshops are often run for groups and venues on request. Send us an enquiry from the workshop page and we’ll share dates and pricing.
If your plans change
What is the cancellation policy for workshops, trails and day events?
More than 7 days before the event: 100% refund (minus payment-gateway charges). 3–7 days before: 50% refund. Within 72 hours or no-show: no refund.
And for multi-day tours, treks and camps?
More than 30 days before the start date: 90% refund (after non-refundable components). 15–30 days: 50% refund. Less than 15 days: no refund.
What if you cancel the event?
If we cancel because of weather, safety or minimum numbers, you choose a full refund or a rescheduled date / credit for a future event.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds go back to the original payment source within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
During your experience
Who leads the experiences?
Every experience is led by trained field naturalists — botanists, marine biologists, birders and educators.
Is there an age restriction?
Most day trails and workshops are family friendly. Each trip page lists who it suits; birthday programs are designed for ages 4–12.
Will you photograph participants?
We may photograph and film during events for documentation and promotion. Tell us before the event starts if you would rather not be recorded.
What should I keep in mind on the trail?
We follow Leave No Trace: carry back all litter, take nothing from nature, keep a respectful distance from wildlife and never feed animals.
